  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will oversee the group’s marketing department and will work closely with the leadership of the business to support our Sales teams and brands on a global level. 


    The Marketing Manager’s responsibility is to ensure the most cost-effective introduction of the group, its products and service that must lead to increased market share as well as the achievement of corporate customer satisfaction.  The Marketing Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the organisations marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible to act as main contact person and decision maker between the company and its marketing agency and/or -service providers. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to create and organize current and future resources to build the marketing / brand management structure within the company.

    • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy for Nexgrill, Megamaster, private label and licenced brands.
    • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
    • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
    • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
    • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
    • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
    • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
    • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
    • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
    • Investigating new areas for development of business and taking charge of those areas to increase the company’s market share within those areas.
    • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
    • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.
    • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
    • Visiting of key clients in the Area.
    • Planning and execution of events and trade shows.
    • Marketing of the Group as a whole through advertising & promotions.
    • Management of staff allocated to him/her. This includes time and attendance management, discipline, performance management etc.
    • Familiarize yourself with all policies and procedures relating to your job and adhere to them at all times.
    • Any other duties assigned to you by your manager or a manager who is authorized to give such an instruction.



    • Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing
    • Professional chartered marketer (CIM will be advantage)
    • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
    • Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
    • Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
    • Experience in the consumer product retailer market.
